Janette Hanrahan has been an exhibiting artist for over 30 years. Her prints, paintings & works on paper have been included in touring shows within Australia & internationally, in regional gallery exhibitions & in significant selective prize exhibitions such as The Blake, Mosman, Fremantle Print Award, Alice Art Award & the National Libris Awards.

Janette's works are mainly concerned with form & texture, emotive & environmental issues, the female form & the role women play in our society. As a printmaker, Janette specialises in woodcuts, linocuts, paper drypoint & mixed media prints.
